• rosetta* (Rosetta Star): A language learning application for reading bilingual webtoons
• M3 Web Editor: A text editor for web technologies with live preview functionality
• Lightning Rounds: A digital board game for quick strategic gameplay
• Freelance Engineering Services: Consulting and development services in mechatronics, IoT, and software development

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute our applications without permission
• Not use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Provide accurate information when contacting us or using our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

Application-Specific Terms

rosetta* (Rosetta Star):

• Translation features are provided through Google Translate and may not always be accurate
• Content availability depends on third-party webtoon providers
• We are not responsible for the content of externally sourced webtoons

M3 Web Editor:

• You retain ownership of all content you create using the application
• We are not responsible for data loss; please back up your work regularly

Lightning Rounds:

• The game is provided for entertainment purposes only
• Online features may require an internet connection

Freelance Services

For freelance engineering services contracted through Upwork or direct engagement, additional terms may apply as specified in individual contracts. Payment terms, deliverables, and project specifications will be agreed upon separately for each engagement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samuel Bidó shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Samuel Bidó from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
